Marruecos: A Cyclist's Dream
Dopamina wants to invite all passionate and physically fit cyclists to explore the Moroccan desert by mountain bike and riding a camel through the dunes of the Sahara desert.
This exciting adventure begins in the south of Morocco, pedaling along a system of dirt roads that meander from Marrakesh to the highest pass in the Atlas Mountains, and then descend towards the always mysterious Sahara desert. Adobe houses scattered along the road, herds of camels and goats (climbed on argan trees), palm trees that jut out into the sky announcing the presence of an oasis and the summits of the snow-capped mountains will be your landscapes.
You will pedal an average of 50km a day which will be interrupted by visits to the typical villages, the imposing kasbah or fortress of Ait Benhaddou or tea breaks with native Berbers who will honor their legendary hospitality.
A trip like this has to be planned in time and in case you are lacking in any physical condition, it is worth getting in shape. For what you agree with your friends, send us a WhatsApp or email and, let's start together to plan your next trip to Morocco!
